Dressed-Up Deli Potato Salad

1 pt Creamy potato salad from deli; about 2 cups
1/2 c Coarsely chopped cucumber
1/3 c Sliced radishes
1/3 c Dairy sour cream
1/2 ts Dried dill weed

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; stir gently to combine. If desired, serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
