Potatoes With Crab and Cheese

2 large Idaho potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1 cup grated cheddar
1 cup Crab paprika

Bake potatoes at 325 F for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours. Split them in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp being careful not to break shells. Mash the pulp with butter, cream, onion and salt until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese and Crab. Fill shells. sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 F for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
