Streusel Topped Pumpkin Muffins

2 c Bisquick
1/3 c Raisins
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
3/4 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Ginger
1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Oil
1/2 c Pumpkin
1 Egg
Struessel Topping:
1/3 c Bisquick
3 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Nuts; chopped
1 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Margarine

Heat oven to 400. Grease bottoms of 12 muffin cups. Mix bisquick, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in medium bowl. Beat milk, oil, pumpkin and egg until smooth. Stir into raisin mixture; beat vigorously 30 strokes. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Sprinkle topping over batter in each cup. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes. Topping: combine dry ingredients and then cut in margarine until crumbly.
