Beet Jello For 12 1 (6 oz.) pkg. of strawberry, cherry, and raspberry Jello
4 c. of boiling water
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
1 c. (lg.) shredded julienne beets, drained
1 med. c. crushed pineapple
Topping:
1 finely chopped stalk of celery
2 chopped green onions
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
Dissolve Jello, chill: add the rest and set. Mix and spread on Jello.
