Chilled Cucumber Yogurt Soup 2 c. cucumbers, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp. honey
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dill weed
Chopped scallion or chives
Puree everything except scallion in a blender. Garnish with scallions or chives. Serve cold.
