Multigrain White Bread 2 1/3 c Bread flour (10 1/2 oz.)
2 tb Whole wheat flour
2 tb Amaranth flour
2 tb Triticale flour
1 tb Cornmeal
2 tb 7-grain cereal
2 tb Millet
1 tb Dry buttermilk
1 tb Lecithin granules
1 tb Honey
1 ts Salt
1 c Water
1 ts Yeast
Dump all ingredients in pan, adjust water late in the first knead (I added 1 T), bake on basic white.
This made a lovely loaf.
