Buttermilk and Cucumber Dressing 1 md Cucumber -- seeded and chopped
1 1/2 c Buttermilk
1 Clove garlic -- crushed
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
2 ts Prepared horseradish
1 ts Dill weed
1 ts Mild paprika
Puree everything together in a blender or food processor. Yield: 2 3/4 cups.
