Bok Choy Relish 2 tb Plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 ts Prepared mustard
1/8 ts Pepper
1 c Finely chopped Bok Choy
2 tb Sliced green onion
1 tb Chopped pimiento
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, and pepper. Stir in chopped bok choy, green onion, and pimiento. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 8 hours. Makes about 4 servings.
