High-protein Bread 10 1/2 oz Bread flour
1/3 c Amaranth flour
1/4 c 7-grain cereal
1 tb Gluten
1 tb Buttermilk powder
2 ts Honey
1 tb Lecithin granules
1 ts Salt
1 c Water + 1 tablespoon
1 ts Yeast
Bake on LIGHT setting, or the crust will be too well-done.
