Cajun Horseradish Sauce 4 tb Horseradish
1 c Sour Cream or Heavy Cream
1 1/2 ts Dry Mustard
1 tb Vinegar
2 ts Sugar
1/4 ts White Pepper
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan. Blend well, using a whisk. Immediately upon simmer; remove from heat.
